Uniqueness: The Nature Reserve is a mosaic complex of raised bogs and open lowland fens, dense pine forests, water meadows, blue lakes, incredibly beautiful valleys comprising all typical Poozerje landscapes. The swampy areas are rich in berries – apart from cranberries and blueberries, crowberry grows here, it is a berry that perfectly quenches thirst.
The key attraction of the Nature Reserve is an amazing grouping of small lakes, there are more than 400 of them in total. If you get a bird's-eye view of this area of only 5 square kilometres, the miniature lakes among the swampy lands resemble the craters of Mercury, the landscape looks mesmerizing.
The floristic pearls of the Kozjansky Nature Reserve are northern orchids and a large cloudberry plantation - a relic of the last Ice Age. The greatest treasure of the region is the many species of moss, with the colour palette varying from light green to red-brown. The territory of the Nature Reserve is one of the few permanent habitats of Lynx and Brown Bear in Belarus. A unique nesting site of Common Gull in pine trees was discovered in the Nature Reserve. Within the Nature Reserve, there are two botanical natural monuments of local importance, both near the village of Prudok – Small-leaved linden (a century-old tree) and Century-old oak alley (15 oaks).
The Nature Reserve is included in the World List of Wetlands of International Importance. It has an international conservation status of an Important Bird Area.

Ecotourism services: Rental of tourist equipment: recreational boats, tours around the Nature Reserve, rental of gazebos, availability of places for setting up tourist camps, making a fire, parking vehicles. Possibility of staying at the Hunter's House with a capacity of 13 people.

Places of interest: The Obol River, flowing through the territory of the Nature Reserve, was one of the branches of the ancient trade route from the Varangians to the Greeks. Near the Nature Reserve, there is the citadel of the destroyed Kozjan fortress of Ivan the Terrible, a burial mound in the Krasomaj area, and a stone cross from the late Middle Ages in the village of Mishnevichi.
