Uniqueness: The Nature Reserve is a unique natural complex - dense woods, green floodplain meadows with emerald grass, lakes, and there are 26 of them in Vydrica, islands where resounding silence is only interrupted by birds singing and fish splashing.
It has the international status of a Ramsar site and a globally Important Bird Area, and it is a part of the National Environmental Network of the Republic of Belarus.
Flora: Among rare plants, it is worth noting Common Gorse, Northern Dragonhead, Moor-King Lousewort and some other species listed in the Red Data Book of Belarus.
Fauna: Here one can see such rare bird species as Great Snipe and Great Spotted Eagle. Within the boundaries of the Nature Reserve, live such rare and endangered wild animals listed in the Red Data Book as European Pond Turtle, Great Bittern, Black Stork, Hen Harrier, Short-toed Snake Eagle, Osprey, Common Kestrel, Red-footed Falcon, Eurasian Hobby, Common Kingfisher, Green Woodpecker and others.

Ecotourism services: Outdoor activities, wildlife and birdwatching, organization of wildlife photography, organization of mushroom and berry picking. Accommodation and recreation services at Urechje eco-recreation camp (24 beds); camping site for 25 people; guarded parking lot, rental of sports grounds, rental of gazebos and sheds with barbecues, rental of a sheltered stage area, steam bath, guided tours around the Nature Reserve; rental of boats and fishing equipment.

Ecological routes: Armoured Boat BKA-205 ecological route: walking and boat (4 km); Belogorskoe Lake nature trail (6 km); water route along the Berezina River (10 km).

Places of interest: Krasnoberezhsky Park, founded at the end of the 19th century, and a memorial complex to children victims of fascism on the site of a former children's concentration camp in the village of Krasnyj Bereg. A 176-meter windmill from the 19th century in the territory of the Nikolin Island eco-farm stay.
